I pride myself in my customer service ability, my knowledge of the lakes, and the vast number of neighborhoods and rural areas that make up this fast growing county. Living in Montgomery County my whole life has given me the opportunity to watch the development of Lake Conroe and the surrounding communities. I attended the schools in this area and have worked with the students in local school districts for the past 31 years where I have been a teacher and sponsor of one of the largest high school yearbooks in the nation. Just recently retired from teaching to devote my time to real estate. I have been a member of a number of service organizations within the community including The Montgomery County Fair Association and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, as well as participating in a variety of school and community activities.
I believe that a client should be given as much information about an area, the neighborhood, the taxes, and the schools as possible to make a decision on purchasing a home. I feel a good real estate agent works for their clients whether it is to sell or purchase a property from the beginning of the process, right to the end.
I have been a licensed realtor since 2000 and I have been a multi-million dollar producer and top producer selling real estate from all ends of the spectrum: lots, acreage, commercial, and all levels of residential from single family to multi-family housing.
